Where appropriate the site will be rendered safe from bio-hazards before any work commences. We also provide specialist services including cleaning, drug searches and needle sweeps. As the site is cleared value will be recovered wherever possible. Where value cannot be recovered, BCL Services has developed specialist machinery to reduce waste, to minimise what goes to landfill or incineration.

At the end of the project, you will have a clear and clean building with no redundant non-fixed assets and floors swept and or vacuumed ready to hand over to a developer, demolition contractor or landlord.

We have a fleet of purpose-built vehicles and teams of highly skilled and experienced staff. We use our own mobile waste reduction unit to process assets of low or no value, separating recyclable materials such as wood, metal, plastics, textiles to minimise landfill or incineration use.
