A clients view of BCL Services
As part of North Bristol NHS Trust’s £430 Million PFI scheme we tendered for a partner company to work with us and manage the clearance of our two large acute Hospital sites in Bristol. BCL Services provided us with a managed process which enabled us to clear our sites to a very demanding specification within a challenging time-scale. The company was organised, provided all of the relevant documentation and handled themselves in a professional manner. Their knowledge and previous experienced provided us with insight into possible pitfalls and issues which we had not considered. They were also able to react to changes in our requirements. As the contract progressed we utilised their services for on-site security, key holding, removal works and general building works which we had not included initially. This combined approach enabled us to achieve a recycling figure of over 85% of our waste.
